Originally a runaway Kickstarter from Txarli Factory, the Cube Mod Carrier is a modular 3D-printed transport case system designed by wargamers, for wargamers. Stackable, expandable, snap-together, and built to actually survive being lugged to a tournament, club night or weekend campaign.

Choose your configuration

  • Single Cube Set — one large cube with two shelves, fully customised front fascia and handle. The complete starter unit for one army or detachment.
  • Double Cube Set — two large cubes with four shelves and a drawer module, fully customised. For larger forces, multi-army players, or anyone who’s already lost the battle against shelf creep.

Each cube has a generous 204 × 204 × 237mm internal cavity, with shelves that let you carve up the space to match the height of your tallest figures. No glue, no screws, no tools, just print, snap and load. We’ve comfortably fit 2000pts of Death Guard and Blood Angels, plus a dice tray, dice, cards, measuring tapes etc into two large connected boxes. Tank-heavy armies may need more room, but the shelves are height adjustable to make the most of the available space, even with tall miniatures. Combine the shelves with a sheet of heavy duty wargamer ferrous sheets, and you’ve got a truly useful storage and transport case. We use it all the time.

Customise your fascia

Every carrier ships with a custom front fascia featuring your chosen army insignia. We’ve got a numbered grid of available designs (see image) covering most of the popular factions across grimdark tabletop, grimdark skirmish, fantasy battle and trench warfare, so whatever you’re playing, your army emblem is almost certainly in there.

Add-on modules

Expand your carrier with optional extras:

  • Extra Interior Shelves (pack of 2) — for carving up cube space to fit specific army layouts
  • Book Carrier (side mount) — for codexes, rulebooks and reference material, mounted to the side of any cube
  • Book Carrier (under mount) — same idea, slung underneath
  • Extra Handle — fully customisable, in your choice of colours. Ideal when you have a double box, but need to turn it into a couple of single boxes for the day.

All modules snap directly onto the existing cubes, so you can reconfigure the whole system between game nights without committing to one layout forever.

  • Storage and Handling Information

    Unless otherwise stated in the product desctription above, this product is likely printed using PLA filament. Do not store in direct sunlight.

    This product should be primed before painting.

    We have optimised our PLA print proflies for strength, but unless otherwise stated, weapon items are not rated for active use, such as hammer or sword combat, or indeed, swigning with force. They are for display purposes only. Some items may have hollows for dowel rods or other strengthening parts, but these are not included.

    Every item is 3D printed to order, and as such, may have minor support marks, or may need minor surface smoothing in places. These will be minimised and hidden from the main view as much as possible, but every part is different, and some parts may need more supports than others.

    You can use a sanding tool or sandpaper to smooth surfaces. For helmets and other wearable items, a gloss finish is possible with several cycles of filler primer and sanding, along with specialised gloss paint.

    For sanding resin items ALWAYS wet sand and wear a filter mask that is rated for dust and VOCs. You do not want resin dust in your lungs.
